is that a mcmillan A3 stock???

Hey gnmontey

I like the all black version. I got a couple-o questions.

That EZ Bedliner product....i see truck boxes that have a very bumpy texture when dried. How did u get your finish smooth? Sand after dry ?

Did you bed the action before the bedliner, or after, or is bedding no longer needed?

Also when you apply the Bedliner to the interior of the stock, do you need to Dremel out any excess? Does it make the final fit too tight ?

Finish is not bumpy but rather like medium sand paper. No after sanding required unless you get drips (my fault for spraying too much too close), then you will want to re-spray. If you get drips, simply sand off and re-spray. Didn't bed, but wish I had tried the the liquid epoxy idea before spraying. No interior excess to dremel and the the trigger group fits very tight after the treatment (for how long it will fit that way I don't know).

Further more, once it's in this state you can paint it any color you wish.

It's inexpensive and one can is more than enough for one stock if you do it right the first time.

Hope this answers your questions.
