I've tried all the major dealers, but nobody has anything. I'm just curious if anyone has seen anything around before I go and put my deposit down and wait for 12 weeks for one to come in :(

Nice looking gun!!

does anyone know if it takes a pistol mag from one of the HK handguns? im thinkin higher round capability??:D

I'll ask the opposite: does anyone know if a gunsmith can reduce the barrel length and thread the end in order to add a muzzle brake?

Additionally, is it possible to replace the grip/stock with a foldable one?

The above two modifications would make it look a lot better.

A: think so,

B: yes but there hard to find, you could also get the fbi semis from the states. it gives you a ump but with the umc searlual number. if i recall corectly they were about $1000 us for the kit.

H.E.R.A. arms makes a conversion for the USC. Arms East is the dealer for them. The SL8/AR kits run about $650+.

Nice.

What about barrel length reduction? Since it's already Restricted due to aesthetics and other bullsh*t reasons, can we cut it down? I mean, it might as well be pleasing to the eye.

Reducing the length of any barrel below 18", regardless of whether it is already less than 18" in the restricted class, will make it a prohibited firearm. Getting caught will cause you to loose you rights to own firearms. You can however replace the barrel with an newly manufactured barrel of a reduced length. It doesn't make sense... I know. The law is clear and there is precidence in court to support the decision. You can cut a barrel down to 18 inches however, just not past.
