I did not do it. But it was done with a table saw. Before you do though you will have to make a butt cap because you can not buy anything to fit. It is an odd shape.

Mine was made with rubber underlay for a carpet.

Here's my pic. Took it out fired 10 slugs and 4 buckshot through it. At just 10 yards it was about 5" high and 3" right for the right barrel, and 5" high and 5" left for the left barrel. It was bitterly cold so I didn't bother trying at any other distances.

The fore end was very tight before firing, and now it wiggles slightly so I may have to adjust that. The left "hammer plate" (what the whole hammer assembly is attached to) tightens a bit too far at the rear so the hammer is rotated slightly out and impacts distinctly off-center. It may be my fault when I took it apart and re-assembled it though--I obviously don't know anything about SxS guns in general (I bought one of these, didn't I?).

The left trigger wiggles back and forth quite a bit (the tip travels about 3/4 cm): the pin that holds it on is a bit loose and that trigger is right at the end so there is quite a bit of lateral play. Don't know if that is common for these, but as long as it doesn't slip completely off...

Overall, it goes boom which is all I really need it to do. I don't have any specific use for it, and it will spend most of its time hanging on the wall. Even when the zombies comes, I'll probably opt for the 870. Not overly thrilled with it, but it is about what I expected and it seems with a little tweaking it could be made decent enough. If someone wanted it for $300, I'd probably sell it, but for now I'll keep it at least as a conversation piece and a bad ass wall hanger (next to rest of my Mall Ninja gear).

With all these issues, quite severe issues I take these to be, with stating that you are "not overly thrilled", I don't understand how you could vote YES. <shrugs shoulders>

Because it's about what I expected, hot pieces of lead come out the other end, and it LOOKS cool.

Probably would have a more "useful" gun if for a bit more I had gotten a Stoeger 20" coach gun or a nice used SxS, but that is hardly the point, right?

I guess it's all about expectations, and I don't necessarily mind having something I can take apart, cut down the stock, and experiment/tinker with and not necessary care if I wreck it (all the while, of course, avoiding doing anything that may cause it to explode).

Plus I may have got one and voted "yes" simply to spite the naysayers.

For all the good advice you have given me on here, no problem! I got them from...

Well, I got 2 adapters in the mail today. 1 in .22 and 1 in 9mm. They look good and load into the gun very smoothly. The 9mm one has a rubber O-Ring I am curious about.

I dont understand why they only sent me half my order though.....
I ordered a pair in each caliber.
I just emailed them.
Hopefully there is some strange but valid reason that they split the shipment.

I sure like mine ! :D Exactly what I wanted. Something different to have some fun shooting at a a low cost, without worrying about scratch & dings .

Would NOT have spent more $$ than this for it, but I surely got my $$ worth.:D

Here is my proof of ownership !

I'm feeling a bit rebellious today; :D I see you sold your **BADASS** in the EE. Did the sale include your vote? :p

Alright... went out and blasted some plywood with mine this weekend. It delivered what was expected. It dont tick like a swiss watch, but it puts lead downrange, and it was a lot of fun doing it.

Between myself and a buddy we shot:
50 x 7-1/2,
5 x 000 Buck and
5 x Rifled Slugs

all 2-3/4" Shells.
