You can expect 1/2- 1 MOA out to 600 yards if you and your rifle are up to the task.
the ones I am considering are the federal premiuim gold match with that bullet in them. are they going to be just as good even though I don't reload myself?
No need for a 450 primer. A 400 would be just fine. i load the 69 about 20 thou off the rifling.
Epoxy, if the 69 did not work in your rifle, it had nothing to do with twist. If you post your load, we can suggest the changes to make.
Have you tried factory match ammo?
I've tried some 69 grain Lapua in a CZ 527 with a 1/9 twist rate and it didn't work. Each barrel is different though so hopefully yours will work. Let us know.

Doesn't length of barrel have to do with stabilization as well and not just the rate of twist?
