I will join the chorus here telling people to watch out for LEO. This guy refused to send me a nice MKII because his no reserve auction didn't go high enough. When I won a different auction for a fair price he did ship the antique. When it arrived it had broken parts, repaired parts and was not at all as advertised. I didn't send it back because I heard from others he won't send the money. He takes pictures to omit problems, I don't trust him at all.
My one and only deal with him went okay except the waiting for him to return from SA to ship.
Nah - contact USPS and ask them about postal fraud. They should be able to tell you what to do next. This guy broke the law by trying to perpetrate a fraud throught the mail. The US government takes that seriously, it is a federal crime, not state.
When the piece of crap I bought arrived the frame was so bent the hammer wouldn't move. He also priced the declaration twice what I paid so I had to pay double what I should have for duty. The guy is a snake that I would never deal with again.

Who's FlintlockCAN/Todd and why does he keep buying stuff from him?
