I agree, that system sucks. They should do 2 or 3 WMU's per day or something, over 2 weeks, it wouldn't be such a rodeo then.

Do it the ol' fashioned way ... drop the completed hard-copy off right at
the local MNR District office ... long ago, maybe a month before the moose tags were even due. Soon as they're available - wham-bam "IN" !

If Ontario would ever try to do online applications it would probably turn out like the E-Health Fiasco.

If they can process Outdoor Card renewals etc. I cant imagine it would that big of a stretch to do online tag applications.
