No harm done if a Chinese commercial were used.

The only way that something along these lines might be acceptable here would be if a new lower receiver were made, which structurally incorporated the fire control and magazine groups. A stock kit like this one is a prohibited device, of course.

The comment about the trigger is amusing - it would seem that the bullpup trigger is no worse than the original. That might not be saying much.
 
If it would work reliably that is probably the best use I have seen for an SKS other than melting it down to make decent firearms. Interesting toy for $205 US.
 
I person think thats a ratty old refurb would look great in there. Kinda like a 40 year old cougar at the bar tring to be 20 again. kinda ###y if you ask me
 
This particular one would probably be a prohib as the firearm will function without the bullpup shell. IIRC thats how it works.
 
I don't think it would be illegal cuz the rifle would not be able to function without the stock. If you read the page they state that the stock replaces the old stock and trigger assembly. So there for the stock would be legal to own and use in Canada. Only when you have a bullpup stock that can be used with out the stock would it be considered illegal.

So, Do go out and by any untill viewing the installation guide to make sure it's a 100% legal and won't function with out the stock. NEver the less though cool design.
