Just got picked up today. If you've got an XCR on order, be prepared. :p

We have 6.8 rifles and 6.8 kits on order for Wolverine, as well as triggers. Alex is working on some spare parts kits, too. :)

His last update on the .308 was this:

We are blazing along now with the .308 development. We are using the DPMS/SR-25/C-Products mags. They are simply the best. We've taken extra time to get the rifle and weight down. It will weight approximately 8.3 lbs without the magazine.

We'll start with .308 and then look at other calibers based on the .308 cartridge.

We're not going to give you a date. Like all our recent developments, they will just suddenly appear without warning when they're ready and they'll be ready to order. They will use most of the same parts the XCR-L uses so it will be much easier to get into production.

Sincerely,

Alex J. Robinson

Robarm.

Questions are welcome.

Thats it, just one skid? :p There appears to be 44 boxes, if there is only one rifle per box thats not gona last long. When is the next shipment coming to :canadaFlag:

Hmmm, an XCR in 6.8 might be a very nice deer rifle, an XCR in .308 would make a nice everything rifle. But I'd still like a shorty with a folder to play with.

I had a chance to try one out last week, decent rifle. heavy though as many have stated, inculding those that market the rifle. I don't know what the big fuss is about the trigger, it wasn't horrible, I have seen/used much, much worse - The S&W 5946 comes to mind. Pistol, rifle - I know.

I'm very interested in the .308 version of the XCR, would be very nice to have. Thanks Monger for keeping us Canadians updated.

Edit to add: Only 45 coming to Canada? :(
