New VZ58/858 stock adapter.

I've been messing with a sling design that will work with multiple rifle systems and setups. Once I can get hardware sources organized it will be available as a RT product in the meantime a simple single or two point sling is generally best.

Have you ever thought of mounting a peep sight to the top of the stock adapter? Would it be too far back? What about the top of the cover like a galil? I was just thinking the stock adapter because it's solid.

Go in your user control panel (top left) and then on "Group Memberships" on the left. Request to be given access to the Equipment Exchange forums.

So here it is. Overall fit and finish is fantastic as well as function.

These are the production samples so I don't have stock for sale yet, but based on this production will begin. I will accepting be pre-order notifications however, if you are interested please send me an email sean@rauchtactical.com. Initial price quote is $65.00 for the adapter. Enjoy the pics.

Stevo, LOP fully retracted is about 11.5-12" which is a little less then the factory stocks. Actual length will also vary a bit depending on what type of stock is mounted of course.

Wrenchgod, FAB defense aluminium.

Yea it will work with the aluminum recoil reducing tubes. That said there is no good reason to use the recoil reducing stocks, a good brake will function much much better in that regard most importantly controlling muzzle rise. My experience is that the recoil reducing stocks are more hype then actual practical function, in fact I've found that they make control more difficult.
