Sorry to tell you it is a repost.

Don't understand why the rotary magazine is a selling point, I don't see any ARs with flush magazines.

Just think about how many feed issues you have had with a 10/22 using the 10 round box mag? None right? Now think about how you probably have the odd feed related issue using aftermarket magazines. They are just saying that when paired up with the stock 10 round box mag it is a reliable firearm. Most complaints regarding 10/22's stem from after market magazines and feed issues.
 
I've been using the same cheap plastic 30 round clip for my 10/22 for 17 years, no problems at all and can't think of one failure

Yes, Remington Model VTR .22lr, non restricted and available now:).
 
I have had a couple feed issues with the rotary magazine. I have 2 Tactical Innovations magazines that works flawlessly. But since Ruger does not make them I don't see them ever advertising anything but their rotary magazines.
 
Remington can shipp because the but stock on the rem is fixed not adjustable like the Ruger
