I doubt very much. Last I read, living in the Ural Mountains where he originated on a meagre government pension.

Over 100 millions of his AK-47 rifle has so far been produced world wide.
He claims "that it was very difficult to make such a simple weapon", and he further claims, "that it is much easier to make things complicated".
Mikhael Kalishnikov still go to work at his arms plant, every day, as he has done since 1949.

Well, if he were American.... a s**teload.
Since he designed the gun for a communist state.... I would say a decent pension and he is allowed to live in Russia.
