I saw that. I am hoping you bring in some more pistols at reasonable prices.

It is the distributors that get boned by not getting any deals from the manufacturer.

I think everyone is sick of the "extended this", 'ambi that" "guide rod" this and stainless that.

Give us old slab sides, parked or blued, plastic or wood grips and we are good to go!

I left my 1911 next to a hot stove element all day and guess what happened...nothing!

It's easier to make a 1911 than make something original.

That is part of it for sure. But there is huge demand for a rock solid bare bones 1911, at a reasonable price, to use as a base for a custom build. The custom build/customization market for 1911's in the States is enormous.

We've been watching for it for a while. They are still difficult to find in stock. But yeah, I'm sure we'll have some eventually. No ETA.

The funny thing is, most of these new 1911s are essentially the same gun made in the same factory in the Philippines. Armscor, Tanfoglio, STI Spartan, Iver Johnson, Charles Daly, Rock Island....and I'm sure there's a few others that I can't think of right now.
