hypothetically, what should a 10/22 drop in system styled like an AK or VZ cost???????? hypothetically, say it came with a bull barrel and barrel clamp that allowed you to use standard and after market hand guard sets as well as vz stocks???????? to take it one step further, what kind of interest would there be if it were available in March?????????

What length bull barrel? If you wanted to use a factory folder and keep it non-res I'm guessing it would have to have about a 16" barrel. Will there be different barrel lenght options available?

Max price point for me would be around $300.

10/22 Styled after a restricted thousand+ dollar AR I can understand
10/22 Styled after a non-restricted reasonably priced vz, not so much understanding
Stand alone(not 10/22 kit) VZ clone in .22lr? Sure.

externally it will look like a vz and accept VZ furniture. You will have they option to use a 16" barrel or a 12" barrel

Why? internally they are the same, and will use the same barrel? So you willing to pay more for the perceived gucci look?????? to me it will be an excellent training tool thats easy on the wallet and can be used in closer proximity to neighbors with out pissing them off with the loudness of a larger cal.

I think price point will have a lot to do with it. I can't spend the same money on a 10/22 clone as I did on a real non-restricted vz, especially with the cost of surplus ammo. But if it was cheap enough, it would be cool to have....

It would have to beat the pricing, for me, on other buildups like the Tommy conversion to seriously tempt me. I love the idea of course but price and decent quality would be the major factors. The nice thing about a rimfire is it does not have to be seriously heavy duty just a nice bedding tolerance.

I'll just say it's 'not for me' and if you can sell it(which obviously you can) all the power to ya. I'm pretty sure you make other things that I'd be happy to buy, so no worries.

Was the SR22 not an attempt to use the 10/22 chassis and make it like and ar?
I take it isn't compatible with any ar parts.
What about Smith and Wesson ? is the MP22 compatible with AR parts?
Are any of either rifles even in the country?
Any reviews?
So many questions!

We will have pics in the next couple weeks. Price point you say???????? how does retail for under $300 sound?????????? We are aiming for $275.
