Can you import a 90 round .22 AR15 .22 conversion drum into Canada

Canada does not have magazine limits for rimfire ammo. If you check the Equipment Exchange here on a regular basis you might find a Ruger 10/22 drum mag.

So if they are already being exportrd to Canada and our law is okay then the US law should be fine I hope???

Just buy locally and save yourself the headache of dealing with US export laws, and lists of US state dept registered for export companies.

But if you must, you need to research this a little more before you try and try and leave the USA with a trunk full of gun parts, Canada may not have a problem with this, but the US is a different country with different laws, they considering it exporting of gun parts, and now your talking about $100 limits and companies with required export permits.

Just cause a guy on CGN claims it's okay doesn't make it so. Research this before you lose your car, get a fine and go to a US jail, and of course being banned from ever going back into the US.

All I'm saying is copnfirm what your doing is alright, you don't want a Deputy to pull your car over a mile from the Canadian border cause someone reported a car with Canuck plates outside a US gun dealers shop that is close to the border, I've actually heard of that last scenario happening.

Questar has finalized arrangements to act as the exporter for Black Dog Magazines and to distribute them in Canada. Black Dog is NOT a DDTC Registered Exporter and cannot export product from the US themselves.

Our first shipment of their new 50 round AR-22 and 10-22 drums are on the way... So too are more of the AR-22 Black 26 round magazines (.22lr).

Should be here by beginning of April.

We are getting the part #'s for the drum magazines setup on our website now and hopefully they will be active and available for pre-orders later this week.
