Wiselite does not export, and is not registered as an exporting manufacturer.
However, Wiselite's designs are US BATFE approved. And if anything, it is harder to get ATF approval than RCMP.
Assuming the design is acceptable, manufacture - or remanufacture (let's face it - the more original parts that can be used, the fewer parts have be newly made) - could be done here or offshore.
Now, after the problems that Marstar and Canam have had, anyone entering into a program like this would be accepting substantial risk.
Realistically, what would it cost in time and effort to get production underway? What would unit cost be? How many of the things could you actually sell, at what price? How long would it take to recover costs, and show a profit?
