I don't see why that shotgun wouldn't be restricted, it's a glorified paper puncher and shooting range ##### enhancement. I don't know who would hunt with that abomination.

Just like every other shotgun with a 3" chamber, yes.

So I guess you would by an extra mag and pin it to 2 for turkey/deer if it's non-restricted; without permanently modifying the firearm a-la-sks.
