XCR-M photo released by Robinson Arms

Yep, and if you change the stock, the receiver, the fore end, the sights, and slip in a silenced barrel it looks MP5 SD-ish. ;)

Krunch

(just yanking your chain)

Seriously, though. Look at it. I can't be the only one who sees it...

Great rifle. It will transform expensive ball rounds into spent casings faster than you can say "semi-automatic rifle".

My m14 does that... and doesn't come with a poor attitude from the factory.

The fagpul and Femington comments have ensured I will never buy a RA product... Even though the XCR-M was on my to buy list. Oh well... just means more money for ammo for the m14.

Seriously?

Why would you care what he says or how he says it?

I couldn't care less if he was standing on his head when he said it wouldn't make one iota of a difference to me if the rifle is what it is supposed too be the only thing that will keep me from buying it is if the price is too high...

:p

The guy has a serious beef with Remington especially after they stole the XCR name for the XCR model 700. Which Robinson sued and won and now Magpuls alledged theft of the bolt release design on the Remington ACR which is currently before the courts in another battle with Robinson.

So the guy has a right to be a little suspicious of Magpul and Remingtons activities and he now trys to keep his cards close to his chest. As for the comments they are a little juvenile but if the guy makes a quality product who cares.

I'm sure to buy one if it is under $3500.00

An -M is basically a slightly larger -L so other than the stock possibly being different when it is released why would it cost or why would anyone even suggest paying over $1000.00 more for it.

The bolt release is from a FAL - okay its also on the other side - wow - to say Magpul/Reminton stole it is a reach...

Oh well I guess that is why attorneys are rich.

FYI Original AR10 mag - now commonly refered to as SR-25 style mag - the current version of Armalite does not use the original mag in their design.

No - but similar in design.

Its the firearms industry - there are only so many ways to skin a cat.
A lot of people took our dual spring extractor (LMT, LWRCI, HK and other). POF copied our ambo bolt release.
RAS systems -- Reed Knight did it first.

and the list goes on.

Calling other people in the Industry down does not do a lot for his company.
