Anybody ever see a Bigfoot?

Did he do things to your body that you don't want to share? You're in a safe place Gatehouse... ;)

Just kidding, but seriously, that does sound pretty freaky. I'm still torn on the whole 'do they exist', but there have been too many reports for them ALL to be written off as bears/wild animals of any sort.

I once saw a Condor while in the mountains in California and I thought it was a Pteradactyl. I was 9. But even after I relized it was a condor, still nobody believed me. He had large talons.
 
I believe you Gatehouse, so what exactly happened?

Did it freak you out that much that you don't wanna tell anybody about it?

Nobody thinks your nuts, at least I don't, when it comes to this, some other things you talk about I kinda wonder sometimes.

Did you only have your spear with you?

I've heard this story when I was hunting with Gatehouse for a few days this November. It was really freaky, and I am not surprised that Gatehouse doesn't want to talk about it. I wanted to sleep with a loaded gun after I heard the story.

I'm not sure if the great Gatehouse will want to scare or harm the readers here. This is serious #### TB...
 
I've heard a few stories( of Sasquatch) from around this area..some reported/documented , some not ...but I have never seen or heard one myself ....hell there are supposed to be quite a few cougers around here but I have never seen them or any sign of them ....go figure .
I'll keep an open mind on both subjects .

Yeah, I heard that story too when we were hunting. It was the weirdest story I have ever heard. However, Gatehouse is a pretty experienced bushman, and he is NOT the type to lose his cool. What he saw was what he saw, no question about it.

It's easy to tell when Gates is having a little fun and there's no mistaking when he's serious. He was serious.
 
Don't worry Gatehouse, I saw one too. It was hairy, and man did it stink, it had the scariest face with curled up lips.

Oh... wait that wasn't a sasquatch... it was squaw-snatch.

Sorry guys I couldn't resist. It did smell really bad though.

I'm sure that noone believed the "Tales" of the Giant Hairy Apes that lived in Central Africa either. Of course that changed when we discovered the Mountain Gorilla in 1902 ;)
Funny that with ALL the expeditions to Africa prior to that noone had actually seen one.
Still lots of unexplored Forest on the West side of NA to hide some Big Hairy Apes :eek:
