the name that was used for this order is hyeung her
i have made phone order on 9th of nov the gentleman over the
phone told me that i will receive my rifle with in 5 to 7days
called in around 10am today in alberta time to request about status of my order
and its still not started. i dont want bother anyone and some of your staff
may feel like im bothering them but im only doing this to make sure i can arrange my range time with my co-workers that i will be taking out.. and take this sweet rifle with me

Just to add as well although Ive already talked to John about this, my order was placed on the 8th and the transfer still hasn't been started.
I too want to take my new gun out to the range before the snow builds up so high you can't see the targets![]()
If the OP stated he wanted this gut so he could take out some co-workers that could hinder the transfer

Good call, except the poster bought a gun nearly a week ago. Why are there so many douchemongers downplaying crappy experiences people have with Marstar? Do you guys work there or something? It has nothing to do with feeling entitled, none of these folks have had unrealistic expectations. A business relies on customers, not smart assed comebacks. From the threads I've seen coupled with this John guys rude and indifferent responses, there isn't the slightest chance I'll ever be giving him my business and I won't be recommending him to anyone else either. Realistically I'm sure he doesn't care since he does more than enough business anyway, but I am glad that I've found out how he does business before I potentially become another statistic in his lineup of disgruntled customers.

Sure it's minor, but why should it happen at all? You get what I'm saying, right? As a businessman you are expected to be on top of this sort of thing, customers shouldn't need to wait on you.
