In fairness, a few posts later John clarified that was a typo and that it would be a "firearm" for a dollar, not a rifle.

I think all the FSN rifles are restricted, but if there was a non-restricted version, and the buyer didnt have a RPAL, what then? Hypothetical I guess since I don;t see a non-restricted FSN on their site.

well if that is the deal, aren't those both restricted? Which in turn my 5 "Yes" posts don't mean nothing seeing that I only have a PAL ... that really bites. I can buy one but can't own it ...
