Where'd you get that stock and for how much? If its cheaper than the Mesa than I might go with that.
Did you use Molle to hold the 12 gauge shells? Awesome.![]()
Nice paint job, Id be interested in hearing how you did it (assuming you did it yourself).
Allthough that stock is more ugly than the knoxx thing.
I guess its a good build if you're on a budget.
Not Molle, but A Tactical Tailor Shotgun vest.
As for the stock, CAA M4 style stock, got it off the EE here.
Around $100-120 shipped.
I know this is a picture thread..sorry for the distraction..but has anyone done any trigger work on their Grizzlys or is it even worthwhile to do so..you can get a drop in trigger fix for 870s
I was having a hell of a time with my mag fed. The rounds were sitting too horizontal in the mag and when trying to feed they would jam right at the edge of the chamber. I tried all the methods posted by people on this site but none worked. I figured I needed to get the shells on a slightly steeper angle so they would feed just above the lip. I finally came up with denting the mag follower to raise the angle just a bit. Now everything is working perfectly. Wheew, what a relief it is to not have to worry about sticking my finger in there and angling the shells upward to get them to feed. Anyway, here's my gun and a pic of what I did to the mags.

That's a different way of doing it.On mine I filed the part of the lips that hold the shell so it would always tilt up. Your method definitely looks like it would do the trick. How did you dent the mag follower?
