We'll be at the Lloydminster Gun Show this upcoming weekend. Eight tables of amazing deals including our $2.00 handgun and $2.00 rifle.

Jim doesn't like dealers who sell black guns. When we told him what we were bringing, (modern handguns and restricted long guns along with the rest of our goodies) their board of directors voted to give our tables away.

Jim isn't a gun owner and apparently he has sway over his board, so I am not surprised.

We also weren't impressed with the table setup and the traffic into the venue. We've done almost 30 shows since then and this wasn't one we'd go back to, so it worked out for everyone.

First of all, that's f*cking gutless and this piece of sh*t should be 'outed' so we can all give him a hard time if/when we're unfortunate enough to cross his path.

Second, are you coming to the CHAS show in Edmonton Feb 5-6? :)

Huh....... They complained that they didn't have a sold out show..... They had 2 empty tables on the main floor, and room for 4 or 5 more tables on the mezz levels as well.

I remember when this show used to be huge, bigger than s-toon show. They used to hold it in the Centre of the arts back then, no black guns then either.......

I have/had some stuff for sale in the EE (and some other misc. goodies), I was going to trade/sell at the show, you were my prime target! Next time I guess.

We booked our tables in 2010, purchased a membership to their club, and were told we'd have eight tables on the main floor.

Then, the tables were apparently "sold" and we were told we were going back onto the mezz level again. We did the mezz level in 2010 when we were still not a dealership and it was a living hell to lug up all that gear. With 800lbs of ammo this time, that was going to be another hell.

Finally, when we called back to confirm our tables (which we do a week before a show) Jim told us the board doesn't want our kind of gun business at the show. Then, Jim hung the phone up in my ear.

I can only quote the facts, and it is what it is. If their board members change maybe they'll invite us back someday, but we're not planning on asking to come back. There are lots of other shows to go to.

Again, their loss.

We'll be in Lethbridge on the 5th and 6th. Again, eight tables, and our Gun Show SKS Special.

It's tough sometimes when you're young and you're doing stuff that goes against the grain of the norm of a gun show. (which is what we're popular for)

Hell yeah it is... keep up the good fight, anyway. :)

Shame you'll be in Lethbridge on that weekend - guess I can't trade some of my table's goods against that nice M1 Carbine you had? :D

Sold it at the show. :( But I am sure another one will come soon.
 
the main question is are you coming to the calgary gun show on the easter weekend???????????? please do. O GOD please come. our show goes down hill every year
