Not as lucky as some of you

Armond definatly gets back to people as soon as he can , when he knows about a problem , store hours or not. I can understand the frustration , but really calling someone out without trying to contact ( email , leave a msg on the phone , send smoke signals) ??? Your right deal local and you'll never once have a problem.

no but i've bought 4 guns from Armand in the last 4 months, some with complications, he went above and beyond to make me happy. Most dealers could care less. You could have been on a "preorder" at "other places" for a "more better rifle" for year to get the same sh&t for more money. You would have probably gone postal considering you posted in here 10 min after receiving the package :D

WOW! Are you on the payroll?????

i can also say that if something is not the way it is meant to be, Armand will ensure it is promptly fixed. I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a phone call in the morning, politely explaining the problem (no one likes to be yelled at first thing in the morning ;)) and I am sure things will iron themselves out!

:agree:x4
Always give the dealer a chance before posting as it will only give you a raw backlash from CGN'ers if you don't... And if your gonna try and call out a dealer make sure that your stuff is in order, many many times I have heard wild tales only to find the dealer went above and beyond to try to rectify without cooperation from the buyer. Trust me there would not be so many threads on how great they and their service are if they where just screwing around with orders. Just hang tight Rackman cause Badger Arms will help you out.

I'll right...I apologize for jumping the gun. I did sent an e-mail right away tonight, but assumed I wouldn't get a response as it was after business hours. However, Armand did send me an e-mail just a short time ago, and he said that he would send out the missing components in the morning. Thank you Armand for the prompt e-mail reply and hopefully making this right. I will try to relax about things like this happening in the future and keep an open mind about mail order purchases. Looks like the problem has been rectified so moderators or whomever, feel free to delete this thread if you wish.

I think maybe they are having email troubles, or be very busy. I have sent them a few in the last 2 days and am waiting. Every other time though they have either picked up or mailed within MINUTES, so I would definitely give him the benefit of the doubt.

I am sure you will be taken care of, but I feel for you when you are all built up then open a less than satisfactory box... sht happens :(

Hey Rackman, don't feel too bad about it.

I'm sure I don't only speak for myself when I say I've been there. Excited about a new toy showing up and when it's not perfect, it's too easy to panic and spout off wanting things fixed right away. :runaway:

I think threads like these are good, it's a reality check to everyone that reads them.

It helps remind people that there are dealers out there who will solve their mistakes when they are made, as long as we're patient, polite and reasonable.

Besides this thread is good advertising for Armand and Badger.

Just for the record........I'm not on the payroll either...... but I do drink the Badger Kool Aid.:D:D:D:D:D

Armand is a great guy and would never screw someone over intentionally. You should have directed all inquires and concerns to him directly and not bladed him out on here. There is a proper way of doing things and this is not it.

M4 sale

After 1 hr of looking to see where I f**ked up and found it.
This order was placed as a REG M4 and 5 days later was changed to quad rail etc.

We had already packed the rifle for shipping before the change in order , I screwed up! Should have caught the play!
This will be fixed as per usual.

No hard feelings, your goods go out in the a.m.

Have a good night boys!!

:nest:

Every dealer is gonna have issues from time to time! This is a fact of life! If that bothers you go hide under your bed, and forget about buying any more guns ever again.

The true test of the dealer is how they handle the issues that happen, because they are going to happen that is just a fact of life.

I have had local dealers #### me around anyways. Just because you are face to face doesn't guarantee a good deal. Badger has the best prices around, and all I hear are good things.

Your upset I get that, but make sure you keep us posted on how it is handled as I am sure you will in the end give us more reason to buy from Armand!

wow, great reply.

I hope he knows how to install the stuff.

Holy. What a surprisingly refreshing occurrence. A dealer that admits he made an honest mistake. I have never dealt with badger but they seem to be taking the cake in terms of customer service, plus they have excellent prices. Not like other dealers who never reply to a complaint directly or admit to their mistakes.

To the OP. Remember the trade off to dealing online or by mail. You add variables to your deal like shipping. More variables means more of a chance that things could get mixed up but you save money in most cases, such as this one. This was a minor slip up. At least you got to see how easily issues such as these can be cleared up when ordering online.

You don't have to wait for a moderator. You can take care of your own garbage.
You can use the edit function - click on "Go Advanced" - and edit the thread title and all your posts in your whinethread.
OK, there was a problem with your order. You sent an email to a closed business, not expecting an answer until the business opened. And then you started a whinethread here.

ALL HAIL BADGER ARMS SUPPLY

Anyone have any of those Badger Arms supply stickers? I want to wallpaper my house in those little guys.

Heck I can screw up an EE exchange (yes sometimes I'm shipping out 8 or 10 packages at a time) but it happens...

I think this thread should be left to demonstrate how not to deal with such a situation.
