If you're within 100 to 300 yrds you better hit me, duck, run or hide behind something thicker than a cinder block or you're going the F**K down.

It's just that simple.

If it's not a direct hit you better boogie or reload quick, cause if you thought it was over there's another 4 coming at you at 1/2 second intervals :D

Try to find "pugshot" for this gem of a rifle. It really does help with tactical tasking.

You might need to lay off "The Call of Duty" for a bit.

I would totally disregard the M14 for tactical tasking. The AK47 is my goto gun as it is much more reilable than the AR15.

If we are safe out beyond 300 yards I think a few fellows can reach out with a bolt action anything and not have to boogie woogie to get away, also as earlier stated and maybe the caffeine and call of duty are having adverse effects.:p

I am the Sergeant of a three-man Rapid Tactical Force at one of America’s largest indoor retail shopping areas. Although there are typically between fifteen and twenty normal security officers working the beat there, we decided a while ago that it would be best to have a specilized force for violent individuals. We use modified electric vehicles and can be anywhere on a given floor within eight and a half minutes.Naturally, the regular security people are unarmed. We “RTFers”, by arrangement with the local police, carry high-strength OC spray and batons. If we have a full tactical alert and permission from the local LEOs we also have a Mossberg 500 with less-lethal rounds and two K-frame Smith .38s loaded with 158gr. LRN.Basically, the situation is that we get the call, we lock up the situation, put everything five by five, and cordon the area until the local authorities arrive. We’re cops, we just don’t get the glory.

UTTER NONSENSE, OP do not listen to this drivel. Full stop.
Pugshot cannot be driven at high enough velocitance in 7.62 Commie-short caliber to penetrate cinderblock body armour on tangos reconoloitering your perimitence at 300 yards- let alone 300 meters. I thought this matter had been settled previously. For pure ownage in tactical tasking, 7.62 NATO is
epic.

Yeah, but that AK can't hit the broad side of a barn door from the inside! The AR is way more accurate for tactical taskings. When it comes to accessories the AR has the AK beat again.

I have a kitchen sink attached to my 14.5 AR mil-std bbl via a 1913 picatinny railed forearm. It's just in front of the vertical grip and just behind the light/laser combo. Comes in handy when I'm dropping tangos.

AHA but with the AK you need no training, or very little.
