Rem 700 sps tactical any good?? for AICS Stock

You could buy a 2.0 and SPS Tactical from Epps and still be cheaper then that package, food for thought...

So you've got a price quote? Or do we take take your word for it? I could not find any AICS products on Epps website when I bought mine last week. Also the wolverine link was not for an sps but a 700p I believe. I can't see any package being cheaper than getting the stock 2 mags (5 and 10 round) shipped $1220 from wolverine and 700 sps tactical w/threaded barrel $549 (after club discount) from lebarons.

Yeah sure take my word for it, lol

I've bought this kind of setup, so I know what it's worth. I got my 2.0 and SPS Tac for around $1800. BTW the 700P has the same action and barrel all the same except barrel length.

2.0 stock is over 1200 and 700p is 1100 on epps website so excuse me if I call BS

My 1.5 and an extra mag = 1220.91
Sps AAC-SD =620.37
Total taxes in and shipped = 1841.28

So how was the 2.0 cheaper than wolverine ( who epps orders them from) and the sps cheaper than the 677 they list them for?

I bought my 2.0 for 1250 and my SPS Tactical for 600 both brand new. Whats the problem? I said you could get a similiar setup with the 2.0 stock for cheaper then ther 1.5 package. So again, whats the problem?

And again the police line uses the same actions and quality of barrels as the SPS line

Except the rifle in yours is not the rifle in the wolverine add which was my point. I could make it even cheaper by putting a cooey in the stock but it's not the same is it? For a 2.0 stock and a 700p it's a pretty good deal.

The action's are exactly the same, repeat, SPS and Police models use the same actions! The barrels are both 1:12, both carbon steel, etc. etc. Who cares, both are not match barrels. The difference beween the two rifles is next to nothing.

That was my point, that you can get an identical rifle with the 2.0 for a little cheaper. Don't get so defensive, I was sharing my past experience, I never said WS's deal was bad.
