Beretta Model 1935 7.65 mm [aka .32ACP]

Mfg date on the slide is 1937. I have no providence on this one but likely one of the hundreds if not thousands of war bring back souvenier pistols that made their way here after WWII.

I bought it in memory of my great uncle who fought in WWII with the PPCLI in Italy, among other places. He joined in 1939 and got home in 1946. Died in the spring of 2000 just short of his 90th birthday.

This one's for you, Uncle Ralph..... ;)

NAA.

Nice little pocket guns ^^
I had one of each - the '34 in .380 and the '35 in .32
I think I paid $79 ea back in the late 80's
I got busy raising a family shortly after and since I wasn't using my guns, I sold everything off - including any hope of ever again owning anything in the 12 class :slap:

Rem 40x

Look for one of these Remingtons for many years 40x Rimfire 1956 condition is 95% and it shoots better than I can with Eley 10x

A late date M39, built quietly (despite Soviet arms restrictions) in '68 while the Soviets were dealing with Czechoslovakia and hence raising tensions in satellite nations.

Seemed like a good idea at the time, and when it arrived it was caked with cosmo and has a mint bore.
Begs the dilemma of clean and shoot or leave original and collect.

Just got this girl a few days ago from Jean at P&S.

She is the cleanest Gewehr 88 I own and has some very interesting unit markings, one being to be Bavarian reserve jager battalion. The wood stock on this girl is just amazing with some of the original finish still intact. Not bad I say for Germany and Turkish service.

My new M1 with my V-42 knife

Just got this M1 Garand and its abit different.

Its a Danish one, Springfield 1942 with a 1950 SA heavy barrel "wierd" and a NM op rod. The stock is serlized twice "one under the reciever and one near the butt" also there is a circle cut into the bottom of the grip.

Picked up this crappy bubba'd Swedish M1867/89 rolling block. It's supposed to be in 8mm, but some buffoon has gone and turfed the original stock and changed the calibre to .45-70. Then to top it all off, they didn't even bother to register it. Stupid bubba and his stupid basement full of hack saws and Chinese drill presses.

It was obviously just a fluke they managed to get these screw slots lined up.

Is the stock refinished? It may be the picture, as the stock looks glossy.

That Swede is very nice, a sporter or not, it is certainly a nice looking bubba job. An easy to load caliber and the case-hardened receiver looks very beautiful.

LOL. I'm not sure you got that it was a joke ;) The gun was a sporter before I started getting work done on it. It's actually a very pricey custom rifle whose receiver just happened to start life as a milsurp, prior to many modifications, that is.
