We will be in 508 Main st Melfort on the 21st.

We thought it would be the best time to move to Melfort.

More phone lines, internet and close for staff!

We know the 1% will continue to do thier part and cp: on our efforts. This we can do nothing about!

This new larger centraly located place in Melfort will allow for faster shipping , better sevice for emails and more phone lines.

We have hired 2 new staff members, things will be back to normal very soon!

Growth is a necssary to provide the service we strive to provide! We simpily out grew our old facility.

We will be having a huge grand opening sale from the 21st of April to the to the first of May.

P.S. Thank you for stopping the M1 calls and emails, this killed our communication with all services.

I recently spoke to Armand about the issues with my late shadow, and due to some in store problems, I have been assured that my shadow will be shipped out by april 15th, along with 4th magazine to make up for the mix up. I am satisfied with that, and can understand that $hit happens. I just need my new black beauty in time for a black badge course, so if the gun is in my hands within 2 weeks then I will be smiling.

Congrats on the new store and staff. Will be coming to the store to check it out. Any details on the grand opening sale? Can't wait although Im sure mastercard isn't as excited as I am. ;-)

After recieving a phone call from Armand, I feel much better about the recent difficulties that they have encountered with moving and what not. Circumstances beyond Armands control have made the delivery of my new Shadow late, but he has offered to ship me a alternate pistol from his store for me to use in the meantime until my Shadow is delivered. He has also told me that when I recieve my new Shadow, it will have 4 magazines because he is sending a free extra magazine to make up for the late delivery. Thats very stand up also, and is going above and beyond what many gun shops would do in similar cirmumstances.

Thats going above and beyond to satisfy a customer, and is pretty stand up. I respectfully declined the pistol however, because I have my heart set on my new Shadow.

Anyways, sorry for any negative comments because now that I see the full picture I am quite sympathetic, and apologetic for any bad mouthing that has been written as a result to some misunderstandings, and hot heads that are a result of frustration. It sounds like that by the time everything is all opened up in the new shop, that the negative type of threads will be a thing of the past.

The GSG 1911 delay was caused by a factory error. They messed up the finish affected 10,000 units at the factory and had to scrap them all. This caused a delay in getting our shipment. Not only did we get fewer GSG 1911 then we wanted we had to wait longer to get them. We have already sent out the GSG 1911 to the dealers that had back orders with us. We were supposed to have the order more then 4 weeks ago but with the delay at the factory it was unpreventable. We would like to apologize for any incognizance this may have caused for Badger Arms and his customers

New store

We wiill be in new store Monday the 25th,

Sherry is our new head of office, she will be taking calls, transfers and inventory.
Not to mention keeping me on my toes.

Take it easy on her for the first little bit. She is going to help our shop provide better service on phones and emails with timely transfers.

We will be posting great sales for our grand opening over the holiday!!!!

I'll get a free holster for the delay? I don't have to ask for one? I spoke to someone (Armand?) on the phone today and was the first caller on your new phone line...I don't suppose that entitles me to a free SKS?
 
Congratulations on the move Armand. I almost had a nervous breakdown when I moved my home... I can't imagine moving a store! God bless you!
