Shotguns plugged to 3 shells

Shame. I was hoping that shotgun lovers like us Covey would have a chance to support the ethical aspect of 3 round shotguns. NOTE: I said shotguns not shotties or tacticool...

Darryl

Careful! That path you are headed down will have semi auto's banned in no time.

I guess you support the NDP and their proposed bill for disallowing imports or sales of any gun they deem to not be a sporting gun to right?

Unbelievable this kind of sh t gets said by members here so often.

So much for the unified approach.

Two should be enough but if you really NEED that third shot I guess it's ethical enough. ;)

Ignore the tacticool. They are quite often out of their depth on these matters. That's why there's a Black and Green shotgun forum. Think of that forum like the kiddies table at a family holiday dinner. :)

I can name 2 members that are at the top of that for shotguns :p

And from over there, visiting the sporting shotgun forum is kinda like visiting senile grandparents at the nursing home. Sometimes it's neccesary but you can't wait to get back home and away from all the confused and mumbling old people...... ;) :stirthepot2:

(I couldn't resist, sometimes a post just begs a smartass response) :D

Anyone who genuinely feels that way shouldn't feel obligated to come here. They should stick with the tacticool 'tards for whom an intelligent or knowledgeable post is along the lines of "AWESOME!!!!" or "ME WANTS!!!" A little mumbling here is a vast improvement over the mouth breathing over there. ;)

But when the tacticool have a question about legality, technical matters or something that requires a measure of knowledge beyond the best way to mount a bayonet they tend to slink over here to get their answers. :)

You young tactical guys best learn to respect your elders:HR:

We were doing tactical before you were born only smarter and out of sight. Bet you don't have one of these in your collection:p

What is "Mubling"? Maybe your Grandparents should have taught you how to spell. It is probably to late for you to learn now. As you are probably too busy lounging and Mirror posing in the home your Parents or Grandparents left you.

Being interested in tactical stuff doesn't make us all ignorant like Claybuster would have you believe. ;)

I think CB made it very clear what he thought was ingnorant. Nothing I have read to date suggests CB is pushing the idea that being interested in tactical stuff makes anyone ignorant.

Maybe I'm reading too much into it..... Or just overtired from turkey hunting.....

Only 'cause I can't afford one. Do you have one in your collection? I can probably list a number of collectable antiques in my collection that most guys here have never seen. Being interested in tactical stuff doesn't make us all ignorant like Claybuster would have you believe. ;)

Rather not say;) God knows what you can have in canada. Interested in tactical to me is like a guy liking FORDS but hey to each his own.Me I am a fudd.
Take care

There is a difference between "tactical" and "tacticool." I own what would some might consider a "tactical" gun that I use for pest control on my farm and during the slug-only deer hunting season. It even has (gasp) some "tactical" modifications that improve its performance and useabilty.

What is ignorant is the "tacticool attitude." A poster in this forum makes a comment about the use of extended magazines in a hunting gun. This is followed by some puffed-up little gomer spouting off that anyone with that opinion supports gun bans and the NDP. Those are the 'tards I'm taking about. Equally silly are those who think folding stocks on hunting guns or shooting grouse with an 8" Grizzly are good ideas and somehow justifies their choice in guns.

If holding those views makes me a "Fudd" to some of the mouth-breathers then it is not an insult but an accolade and one I will wear with some pride.

Here in New Brunswick you can have 5 shells in you shot gun as long as your not hunting migratory game. As far as when it makes sence to do so, I hunt crows in the summer and fall and five shot opportunities can and do present themselves. :)
