I think the only thing left is a Gunkote re-finish and that should be that.

I just put the Leapers 6-24x50 on my "Grouse Sniper" Savage/Anschutz and as I had to raise the line of sight way up I built an adjustable cheekpiece for it. Total cost $12 and a bit of time.

Thats amazing!! So it loads one at a time automatically, err???

;) Just teasin', thats a great collection you have there!

No mistake it is a single shot semi auto.
#### the rifle, load one round and fire, gun ejects spent case, load another round in the loading gate and fire, load another round and fire and so on.
You only #### the gun on the first round and it automatically ejects the spent case hence a single shot semi auto.
A unique little .22 I picked up a few years ago from another nutter.

Remember everybody likes a little ass but nobody likes a smart ass. lol

This thread needs a bump!

Been looking for these a long time.

Years ago Gramma gave me a picture of her brothers traps and guns from 1932.

Then five years ago we worked up the hayfield where the homestead buildings stood from 1912 until 1940. In that field was found a Stevens Visible Loader receiver. A month later we were cleaning up the scrap metal where Great Grampa's blacksmith shop once stood, now just rotten logs remain. My Aunt picked up a strange piece of steel and asked me what it was. By gum it was a Remington 12 receiver.

So much for locating useable heirlooms but a couple decent stand ins have been located.
