make up your usual reloads (BUT) add the certificate before you set in the bullets...

then blast the #### out them

I've recently started playing with paper patching in my 45/70.

The patch shreds into confetti when it exits the muzzle. I think I know what will be happening to my certs....

Those certs have alot of personal info on them, mine won't be mailed to any douchebag politicians. Better keep the darn things to remind us of the crap that governments would try to impose on a free nation. Laminate a couple to the door of your vault.

I'm also keeping mine, as a lesson to my children. Of course, if they decide to sell them later, they'd be worth a lot more if everyone else destroys theirs. So yeah, asswipe, loaded into ammo, burnt in a giant pile, it's all good, get rid of the stupid things.
