Was I patient...??

it's interesting to me how the topics of charge back and internet bashing are the focus of the responses. I'd like to hear some more information from Zygy. Was the firearm restricted, was it in stock when you ordered, how long before the payment was processed, did you have to wait on your CFO, or the CFO in a different province? Lots of questions and not enough "facts", yeah we'll go with facts since this is the internet.
I had the distinct displeasure of working retail a few years ago and generally the customers who are not happy or had a bad experience were the ones who came ill prepared, demanded the best service, were willing to spend the least money, and complain the loudest when things didn't go their way. Not saying that's Zygy or any other Nutz. But how many customers thank a merchant for excellent service? 1 in 100? 1 in 1000? How many are willing to complain about bad service, all, or nearly all of them. Its part of our North American/Western culture to ##### and moan about every little thing.
There are people I have had bad dealings with, in general and specifically with firearms. They don't get a second chance to take my money. Fortunately for me I've had a good history with Badger and Armand. I know I'll be getting more stuff from him. Good luck, and I can't wait to see how this turns out.

Well, I guess that I'll be that 1 in 100 or 1000...whatever number is chosen. I will stand and wave that flag for Lever, Reliable and Henry Nierychlo every chance I get! Those folks are the best to deal with, especially Henry! His is a business model to be studied and implemented. Treat me right and you get my support again and again and again! Pull intentional, stupid garbage.....I will let others know about it!

Seems like a honest mix up and with it being stuck at Canada post not like they could predect the lock out since it was a roaming strike and to ship another way is more then double the cost. Most people won't be willing to spend more on shipping and expect the companys to take a loss shipping things out that way.
