Then woke up from that nightmare. :D

I wonder how far a 223 will shoot?

Chuck I am incredibly envious of all the guns you're always showing off. But really, ya gotta start putting that bolt handle on the right side.

And here I thought you finally remortgaged your house to get something *extra* fancy by D'Arcy :(

That thing won't shoot worth a damn Chuck, I got a BLR .243 I'll trade ya straight across for that junker though

The barrel is still the factory 24" and good eye on the PT&G. For prone work I can't see myself ever going back to the compact on a remington. But I've changed my mind before.:D

Really? Full of it?

After taxes, shipping, and standard goodies on an A5 that make it worth buying, yessir, it cost me over a grand.

Jerry Teo (mystique precision) bedded my rifle, and he's seen it himself, actually, he pointed out it was something unfixable. McM's answer was "send it back"... Lovely, I just paid 60ish to bed the action to that stock, and I've gotta FedEx it back out of my own pocket, and do the wait-game again...

I'm away from home, but I'll gladly take pictures on my return why my next precision stock will come from Ian Robertson (or anyone else but ;)).

But I've changed my mind before.:D

Always good too keep an open mind.:D

That Orberndorf PT&G looks pretty good. Is the inletting pretty close to factory? How about for Winchesters?

I'd like my 223 to duplicate, as closely as possible, the feel of my main hunting rifle. Remington'll have to do till Winchester comes through for us southpaw shooters...
