My first order was a CSA 11.75 with ammo deal... it was fantastic... great deal and ninja fast shipping. My second order was a Homeland Security parts shotgun for a zombie blaster project. Again fantastic service and then they REALLY went over the top, I don't want to say exactly what, but this is a company that is really good to it's customers.

Just wanted to say thanks publicly.

If you are thinking about ordering here, don't hesitate, best experience I've had yet,and I've dealt with almost all the Canadian dealers.

Keep building the business, you have a knack for knowing what is popular.

They are an amazing company with awesome, helpful people running it. So far I've bought a Remington 870 and Stevens bolt action .22 from them. Unless someone is A LOT cheaper, I see no reason to shop anywhere else.
 
Interesting -- waiting on my first purchase from them and not particularly impressed so far, but I'll write it off as an exception and try again for my next purchase.

I ordered a BB gun as a birthday presant for a young guy I know. It was on short notice, and SFRC was amazing with their customer service. The young fella got his gift on his birthday, and everyone was happy. Thanks for the great service, and for your fast response to my e mail.
 
Ryan is knowledgeable, friendly, and very well mannered, a real people person. If anyone ever claims to have a poor experience with SFRC it would only call into question their own sanity. In a day and age where customer service is few and far between, SFRC really shines. There are a select few dealers I deal with, and SFRC is among the first I go to :)
