Yes, you can order it from the US.

I would suggest a Loadmaster rather than the Pro 1000 for not much more cash.

Seriously, I can't even think of sending actual $$$ to any website that thinks:

No one but Lee has ever dared make a guarantee like this-SMALLEST GROUP SIZE OR YOUR MONEY BACK. A collet squeezes the case next against a precision mandrel for a perfect bullet fit with a minimum run-out No case leb is needed. Cases last 10 times longer.so the savings on 35 cases will pay for the dies. Maxium accuracy is usually achieved by seating the bullet out far enough to touch or almost touch the rifling. This provides the shot start pressure normally supplied by the crimmp. That's why a dead ;enght seater is included to complete the most accurate reloading system ever made. these dies size only the neck to preserve the perfect fit of fire forming. Only reload cases that have veen fired in your gun. NOT recommended for autoloader,slide or lever actions guns.

Edit: I checked prices and shipping. Shipping at Titan is indeed much cheaper than Lee Factory Sales. Prices for rifle dies are about 20% higher, though. I think one must calculate the total cost of goods and shipping from both suppliers and decide.

I think you mean Lee Pro 1000. I've found some at local WSS store, but I bought mine from eBay when our Canadian dollar was very strong.

Do some research into priming problems with lee progressive presses. Hope you're mechanically minded and good diagnostic skills. I've helped three people problem solve these presses, and never recommend a progressive until you've got five years experience.

Good advice I normally also tell new reloaders that they should start with a single stage to get the basics down... before you dive into a progressive there are many more ways things can get dangerous fast if your not familar with reloading or what to be checking for... I tell people its better to make 100 quality rounds then 300 that have to be pulled apart

A single stage is fine for rifle ammo, but starting to reload pistol ammo on a single stage is a daunting task. I started with a turret, and it has become a discouraging task to reload with it.

Depending on what you want to load, for handgun ammo a progressive press is the way to go, very easy, even for a beginner, but go for the Lee load master, just a few bucks more. For rifle ammo, I would go single stage. I have 2 Lee load master and don't have any problems at all.
