I shoot the tikka t3 on Monday at Genesee, the 20" are very accurate, shooting my reload which I has put together the night before, best group was 1/4 and smaller, while large group are around 1/2". Overall 20" had give excellent result with no lost of accuracy or velocity, 175grain with 45grain Varget yield 2680 to 2720 while 168grain with 44varget yield 2675 to 2730. Result are very similar to 24" barrel before it was cut off.
They look interesting, but for the price I think I'd go with a Sako Varmint. Or even a special order Tikka Varmint for less and add a laminate stock from Gunworx.
here is my t3, got it 3 weeks ago.
extreamly please, very accurate, easy to shoot,
142 gr. match king with 42 gr.Varget to 44.5 gr. smallest group is .25
largest group is about .5 in.

You're running 42-44.5 gr of varget in a 260? No pressure signs? I always thought 37-38 was the max with the 140's. Very nice set-up by the way!
no pressure signs at all
will chromo. this weekend for speed to see if it can reach 2700f/s.
what is you Overal length of the Cartridge?, I am sure that with that much Varget, the speed would be some where around 2700fps in a 260rem.
