Drill the rivets out when you are in the US. Ensure that you put them back before re-entering Canada.

Almost all states allow normal-capacity magazines.

Mags are cheap...
If you don't want any worries buy a couple on your way to the match and then give em away when your done.
Or... Toss 'em in the trash.
I mean really... Gas, hotel, match fees... Who gives a #### over a couple of $17 PMags...

also, I remember in another thread, or this one, reading you said the benelli m4 definitely wasn't the best choice for 3-gunnin... how come? It looks great the way you run it...
