Where are all the Colt handguns?

Funny; the non-sponsoring dealer is hot-linked and the sponsoring dealer is not.

Everyday I regret selling my Colt. Time for a WTB add. *sigh*

one can also say that they're slightly overpriced. Reason being that othr manufactures and good ones at that, offer their 1911 for same price as colt, but with upgraded features for that cost, thus, since also a good quality gun, is better deal due to the upgrades...

americans are in a buying spree... and nothing screams america like a colt firearm so most of the guns are being sold south of the border before they even have a chance for export.

love my gold cup! my first 1911 and I will never part with it. just shot it at the range a couple of hours ago. It always makes me smile. I ordered a stainless magwell for it from dlask

I used to be a machinist, manual and cnc mills and lathes, cnc plasma and torch tables. making tight tolerance down hole tooling on exotic alloys for the oil industry and custom engine parts. So I know what good machining looks like and I have a very critical eye. Inside and out I can tell that my Colt is made by people who are skilled craftsman.

Armseast was my last Canadian purchase of a Colt, a new Combat Elite. A fantastic pistol! However since then I have been looking for more of a custom style Colt and had to use a vendor in the US.

I'm wondering where the used Colts are? It used to be routine to find on on the EE for a great price.
Now...almost nothing!

prproulx....Four years ago you wrote this ''Hi I'm the Colt company. I made a very FEW high quality guns. If you got one you're very lucky, because the rest are CRAP! ''

I guess you're just being punished...it's called Colt karma!:D

OK
