I killed three flying Canadas with one shot on the Regular Waterfowl Opener this year.

Just looked through a dozen state turkey regs and every single one only allows 1 turkey per day; even in areas that allow 5 birds to be taken in one season.
I heard 3 guys in the video, 3 divided by 3 equals 1.

That's a neat decoy. It totally fooled the turkeys which brand is it? It may be useful for Coyote Hunting.
except there is a reason why we have a one bird per shooter per day rule. Its a conservation thing. The numbers seem the same but realistically if it was allowed to "party shoot" in this manner then the kill would be much higher. Its easy enough to keep shooting when they come in but its a diffrent game to call in legal turkeys three times if that makes any sense. I've personnally passed on a double of turkeys because of this reason. If everybody was flock shooting jakes we'd have much more of a problem. In my case the extra tag was only 300 yards away, but i passed , and never did kill one of those birds because they wouldn't seperate. I dont regret it at all.
If its legal do what you want, but i really don't even think this is legal.
People on here should lighten the f*ck up. It was a one in a million shot and a clean kill. I'm sure they weren't wasted. I cant belive that someone would actually go through all of the states websites looking to see if they were allowed to shoot three. What are you going to do, call the cops ?

what, so now we have to like every behaviour we see. Its pretty basic knowldge for turkey hunting ( in ontario) that your not permitted to kill more than one bird personally a day. Now clearly that wasn't in ontario, so we were giving the OP the benifit of the doubt and looking for where it might be legal. Would you be okay with someone posting a video of themselves spotlighting deer. a game infraction is a game infraction and specifically this one ,which has a legitamite reason behind it.
That is a fair argument, and that does make it legal. Personally for me a double header would be one thing , because thats an accomplishment of a caller/shooter team. I still suggest that its different than just lining up all three heads an pulling the trigger.
I am a devout turkey hunter... What they did is not something I would be proud of... Calling in a big ole wary tom is a much bigger challenge... But it may be legal... Depends on area..

Might have been a hunting preserve,ranch or game farm, until you know were it was everyone is jumping to conclusions.If it is legal were it happened it is quite a shot!!Now the shooting police can say there was a chance of wounding the birds,well it did not happen they all died. Maybe they were poachers selling the meat!!!Not hunters at all!!

I agree and I don't condone using loopholes but they do exist.
