Let us know how the gun shoots. I'm considering getting that model once I recieve my RPAL but I've heard mixed opinions and the gunsmith I went to for my CFSC/CRFSC said to stay away from Norincos so I'm not sure which way to lean.

All I can say is that all the research I have done Norincos are a solid 1911 for my first one and I can customize the hell out of it as I see fit.Ive noticed there are a few Norinco haters on these forums for whatever their reasons but the majority will tell you that they are a solid firearm.

Stay away, I agree with the gunsmith...ohhh and very bad experience with 3 different Norinco made guns has nothing to do with it. My advice is strictly motivated by hate.
This topic has been discussed to death, their is nothing wrong with Norinco,it is a great purchase for people just getting into firearms. I've had a Norc 1911 for years and it has never had a FTE or FTF, and it is quite accurate.

As well,a ton of aftermarket parts exist for the 1911, and if someone ever wants to upgrade their Norc, it can be a great learning experience. I had zero knowledge of the 1911 beforehand, and it turned into a great project, the amount of aftermarket parts at Brownells was overwhelming.
