What is the length of barel?
All I can see is a 2 inch barel one.
I hope we could get a 4.2 inch model.

I've been humming and hawing about a lightweight revolver; a smith 3-series, maybe or a charter. I worry about durability and longevity, though, especially with the charter. Still, the Smith 329 has been described as 'a firecracker in your hand' and that sounds kind of fun to me.

Naturally, I'd be looking for a 4.2" or longer, though, due to our unfortunately irrational gun laws

well i have good news for you the ones coming in will have a 5'' barrel and are availible in 9mm 0r 40 s&w for prosper you should contact wolverine supplies and for pc9 if you are near vancouver go to italian sporting goods or island outfitters. if you want mail order wolverine is the best bet

Great thanks
I do a lot of dealings with Wolverines:)

ellwood epps has charters in stock, but none of the rimless ones. Right now for me it's down to a 357 or waiting for a 40 s&w. I wonder if the 40 could be reamed out to 10mm - pressure is similar, and the cylinder appears plenty long enough (EDIT: a quick google search shows that I'm not the only one thinking along these lines: charter arms 10mm auto)

So why is this no-moonclip idea a good idea??

It is going to be too slow to reload for IPSC.

Is someone making speedloaders for them? If so, could be good for IDPA.

Otherwise I guess it is just a plinker? Even plinking loading one round at a time gets tiresome.

I used to have one of these revolvers (in the US). It shoots a rimmed 9mm revolver round. I don't think the ammunition is manufactured any more. You might be able to shoot 9mm Para in it (if there's a shoulder in the chamber), but you'd have to poke out each casing. Nice gun, though. Ballistics were a little bit better than 9mm Para. I'm surprised new ones are being sold, unless someone is making the ammunition for it.

One of us contacted Wolverine, another states Epps has no 9mm Charter Arms.
To the OP, does anyone have or is going to have these Charter Arms 9mm?
Where is yours coming from?
