Has anyone else seen these? I know we will never see these in Canada, but what is to stop copycats? What would your gun club say if you showed up with one lol?

I recently heard that the CFO has classified all "Sliding Stocks that provide the ability for rapid fire" as a prohibited device. So just like high capacity mags, its a no no. Not to mention how boring they would be with a 5 round magazine.

They have also been banned in some States (California).

Too bad the CFO doesn't make those decisions. The RCMP firearms lab does.
 
Any device (other than your fingers) that causes a firearm to continually is prohibited. Doesn't matter if it's an auto sear or an auto stock, it's still intended to make the firearm fire continuously.

How come Canadian prices are so much higher than the US? This is bulls**t, our importers and dealers are all despicable thieves. I am going to import stuff direct from the US and save a fortune.

Before you guys jump all over me, I "did" do a search before I started this post and couldn't find anything.

Really should be a sticky cause it does come up over and over again here and in General Firearms. Credit the OP for searching first.

As for the search function, Advanced Search is a must IMO. It's not really advanced at all, it has the BASIC functionality needed.

As I understand it part of the basic V bulletin architecture that CGN uses. Not the fault of the Admin and Mods at all, just some pencil necked code pusher is some cubical somewhere.

Given how much most of us pay for use of CGN.....I have no problem with the somewhat poor search function.
 
There should be a sticky. I've searched on many forums (advanced of course), and this one is quite non intuitive! The # of replies field seems to mess me up, though I suspect I'm just not getting something about it!
