Best bang for you buck .223 rifle

Hi guys, I'm trying to figure out what's the best bang for your buck .223 rifle. I've only looked at non-restricted rifles and I like the kel tec su-16f, Benelli mr1 and the Robinson arms xcr.I know these 3 rifles are in extremely different price ranges but I want to know which one is the best value. Also if there's any other .223 rifle that you think is a even better value feel free to let me know. I will mainly use it for target shooting. I havnt really looked at many restricted .223 rifles either so if you know of some good restricted .223 rifles let me know.
 
Yo money all three dem guns strait up wack . Maybe da xcr be a little better but they all junk dat gonna fall apart. Da binelli be aiight but it too uglyass to be a rifle yo

Yes I did say non- restricted but I'm not really sure if it's really a must. Is there really a big difference between restricted and non restricted? I'm mainly going to be target shooting so it seems like the only difference is that it's got to be more secure when transporting it for restricted.

To the OP, if it does not have to be non-restricted an AR is the way to go. If you need a NR.....I got nothin'. To me they are all to expensive for what you get and the really good ones are stupid expensive IMO.
