Good gun store in Vancouver

Hello,
Where can I find a good gun store in and around Vancouver ? I am looking to buy remington 700 and maybe a shotgun. Any recommendations?

I find Reliable has the best service BY FAR, but they don't usually have what I'm looking for.

Italian has more inventory but I'm not a huge fan of the service. Most of the time when I ask about an accessory, bullets, magazines, etc they tell me that, "pretty soon the states will stop exporting these so you should get them in a hurry."

Lever arms doesn't seem to have a whole lot of anything except space.

Lever has the lowest prices but the worst service. If I want to buy ammo I go to lever, if I have questions about something or I need anything but ammo I go to reliable.

Wanstalls and Italian ammo prices are way too high!

I sure wish Sureshot was still open!

Wanstall and Reliable Guns are both good store.
Italian Sport and Lever arms both have bad service IMO.

At Reliable you're greeted by friendly black labradors. At Italian you're greeted by a camera and two security gates. Still, I'll take the camera and security doors over the stare from the staff at Lever.
