SKS, new look

I got tired of all this wood. While it was kind of cool, sorta "bring some memories from the living in CCCP", lately it was bringing to many of them So, I've decided to adapt the look of it to the new Kapitalist environment. I didn't care much about authenticity and never liked look of this bayonet anyways. Cleaning rod sits there a-la AK, it doesn't play since it screwed in, I've made an epoxy to hold a nut just in the right place So, it's sort of Mosin cleaning rod. Anyways, it's just an excuse to exercise my new D800

Not sure what city you are in, but getting a D800 is VERY difficult right now, with how Nikon is producing. You must have pre-ordered. Very lucky in that case. Also, great job on the SKS.

It's one of the few custom options I think looks good on the SKS. I am not a fan of tacticrap. This is a nice modern conservative look. Very sleek.
