Introduction to Epic Polymer Systems

how about making a plastic insert to fit inside the spring of the magpul magazines to limit them to 5 rounds and then the dealers can just put a pop rivet in the base plate to make it permenant rather then a pop rivet in the spine of the magazine.

will make it easier to plug the magazine as well as make it fit more guns better.

This and then some!!!

Welcome!

I have to say I too am excited to see what your company brings to the market.

When they first put a file and a hunk of mild steel in my hands, I was interested to see what I could make. When I started to get more skills under my belt, I began to wonder at all the things I could imagine and create with patience and skill.

Then I went on a tour of Diemaco and was introduced to the concept realizations provided by 3D printers. With modern phenolic compounds, it is exciting to me what can be made on a small scale, right now, almost as fast as you can imagine it.

I am thrilled to see what a full scale plastics manufacturer can bring to the table. It used to be that people would turn their noses up at plastic gun parts. But the technology has stepped up and I think we are going to see some great things. The prevalence of Hogue's overmolded rifle stocks and the excitement created by offering them in different colours is a great example.

If you want to offer me a tour, I'd be happy to pick up timmies on the way!

As for product suggestions, Textured Garolite VZ58 furniture and magazine bodies, Savage MKII/93 stocks, FR4 1911 grips... I could do this all day.

Welcome!

Do you carry black ABS sheets? I have a car project I'm working on that is in need of some custom switch panels and I can't find textured ABS sheets anywhere.

If you want an idea, how about relatively cheap magazine baseplates and keepers for the common 9mm mags.

We beat the crap out of them during the indoor winter season. Having a durable and replaceable basepad for practice matches would be a worthwhile investment.
