2012 Team Hoser 3-Gun Challenge

in regards to:
3.4 Ammunition containing tracer, incendiary, armor piercing, steel jacketed or steel/tungsten penetrator core projectiles is prohibited.

If a magnet sticks to the bullet its a no go? Therefore no chech surplus?

No steel core... Chech or otherwise.

We employ expensive MGM steel targets and although they are very durable they are not meant to take hits from Steel core ammo.

Assuming you will actually hit them of course,,, ;)

Rules... Including holster rules are HERE
Your "RULES" have disappeared. I'm trying to figure out if I can use my 10 round .45 single stack mags in Tac Optics division. They're approx 155 mm.
edit:
OK, I did get to the rules by going through the match flyer, but this link is dead. I didn't see any restrictions on handgun mag length in Tac Optics. Can you confirm?

Link fixed...:)

I confirm you didn't see any restrictions on handgun mag length...

There is no "box" rule either.

The only things that will bump you into open as far as your handgun goes are
electronic sights, optical sights, extended sights, compensators and barrel porting.

I could swear you bumped me to open when I shot my .45 10rnd's last multi-gun match at Colby... ?

That's possible...
I believe the rules as they appear today are a revised version of what was in place in the past.
