Introduction to Epic Polymer Systems

I agree With saskplcguy We need some Legit .22 mags for this sweet rifle that has had a bad run of luck. Just curious. if we decided to design something what is the best format to do so in? or woud a pad and pen drawing suffice?
Very excited about your company And simply cannot wait to do business with you.

Welcome! Very interested to see what you come up with! It's always nice to see Canadian manufacturers, and I plan on becoming a loyal customer ;)

The vise jaws sound great. Gonna have to check out a pair of them...

We are tooling up this week for 3 sizes of bench mat.

12" x 16" Pistol
16" x 32" Carbine
16" x 52" Rifle/Shotgun

We are just tweaking the trays and segmented sections.

Thoughts and feedback are appreciated.

Cheers, Greg.

Greg,

If I'm not mistaken it appears as though the central "work area" is slanted to run into the tray along the bottom of the mat. Is this so? That would be an extremely nice feature on these! I would order one of the "Carbine" sizes in the pictured orange ;)

Thanks

OMG that's perfect! I see one of those carbine mats getting shipped to me in the near future ;)

Good to see new canadian businesses for gun owners! I look forward to keeping you 'in my list' of companies I do regular business with!

If you've got a good pair of calipers and don't mind measuring a whole bunch, I could make a 3D model of it. Maybe.

What CAD software do you guys use, btw? Solidworks?

As I mentioned previously, if they can do this I'd cheerfully send them a 25-pinned-to-10 stick mag to pull apart and re-engineer.

I'm assuming however that the RCMP would have to approve the new one? I wonder how long that would take?

OH! And the mag extension for LAR-15 mags is a work in progress. That was my personal motivation initially, I hate how they fall to the bottom of my tac-vest!

If you make these mag extensions you can count me in for at least 10. S

Something to consider in the design: Capability of attaching Magpul Ranger Plates or other such magazine enhancements to the bottom of the extension.

I'd be in for a few or 4 as well! And +1 on the ranger plate comparability.

It's good to see a company manufacturing products in Canada. Can't wait to see what you guys have to offer.
