Wait Period : 41 Days

I do want to add that :

- I was accused of a Domestic, but found innocent (Accused 2 years ago, Found Innocent a year ago)
- Had a Break Down of a Major relationship within the last 5 years
- One of the Bail restrictions was no access to weapons
- Have no Idea where My Ex lives, or how to get a hold of the B.... Her.

This, I'm sure, will play a part in my length of wait. Ill be put under the Microscope. I how ever have never had before, or since any problems.

Enjoy the wait. Our applications for restricted were rec'd by them on May 29th and they have yet to show up on the system. From what I've been reading here 3 weeks seems about right till the first time it shows up.
 
It takes sometimes up to a month to get entered in the system, and then up to 3 weeks for an interview.

"Up to". Some people get it sooner, some people it takes forever, depends on how busy they are.

Its only been 2 weeks, could it be just not processed yet? the lady I spoke to today said that they are just getting to applications received 2 weeks ago. I only sent mine in 2 weeks ago, so they may have received it a week or so ago. Maybe its still too early.
 
Yes I did, I was told too because of the age of my test results. They were having fraudulent test results sent in back in that era of testing. Almost all of them were photo copies.
 
I called, and they have my test results on file there. So Thats not an issue at this point. Not Im just worried about the Certified Check, and if I reapply now... and cancel the check... will that screw me over for the reapplication?

I assume you sent reg Canada Post mail? I wouldn't hit the Panic button just yet. Call later today. If they still don't have them, call again Thursday or Friday. I would consider your options near the end of the week.
 
I sent if Via regular post. I will admit I was in no real rush. So I sent it regular mail. Its been 3 weeks, and nothing is showing up online yet. But, like I stated in a previous post... She said they were working on app's 3 to 4 weeks behind.

I would assume it takes at least 4 days or so by reg mail. And i believe the norm is 3 weeks to get into the system AFTER they receive it. They've had mine for a week and i doubt it will show online before July 13th.
 
I called and asked what dates they are processing. The woman I spoke to said they are processing app's that were received on the 6th of June today. I Sent mine on the 6th of June, so Im guessing I can expect some processing to be done by the end of next week. But thats okay.... By the end of next week my 28 days will be close if not up, and that should speed up things a tad.... I hope.
