Looks like a stainless or satin coat, the combo color finish kinda reminds me of Sonny Crockets .45 ACP in Miami Vice during the 80's

70 bucks is a bargain for BM59 sights.... A smokin bargain. on par with usgi m14 sights in every way... But they usually run over 3 x that price
