Haha just kidding, I was down in Washington and went to the walmart for some drinks and snacks, wandered by the sporting goods section and there were these two in the case and a little old lady working the counter lol. It's a different place indeed.

It was a sig sauer m400 and a shrubmaster patrol carbine.

ROLLBACKS.:D I LOVE WALMART. :)

Reality is that Americans have freedoms (freedom of choice - freedom to carry - freedom to own - and freedom to buy from whoever they like) and freedom to own most anything they want in terms of firearms. they are lucky .. but we are LUCKIER. :canadaFlag: Canada is just better - and we can read (most of us).

I admit that I support any local retailer that sells Ammo and firearms (ie: Canadian Tire and Walmart) .. I buy from them to make a point!

Crazy at it may seem but you could have bought a Beretta 1201FP semi Auto shotgun from Canadian Tire at one point! Trust me.

Im happy with the Canadian gun laws. Im glad we can buy guns in walmart, but i hate the fact that if there is an intruder in my home, I can't protect my family.

Oh and I wish we could have compact pistols

So full of fail and ignorance.

So basically.... you aren't.

Also another comment full of fail and ignorance.

One day we'll realize (as a country) that every single firearms law ever passed was totally useless and motivated by either self interest (the handgun registry in the '30's) ignorance (prohibition and confiscation) or political connivance (C68 and everything since). Then, maybe - just maybe, we'll get some real change.

So full of fail and ignorance.

Fail and ignorance? CADGO as the signature says .. you have no life.

Canadian laws are (unfortunately) laws of the land - the firearms act is fact. It sucks sh*t. can you explain where there is an equal to the 2nd amendment that legislates the right to bear arms? ... right. you cant.

STFU and deal with the fact that you can buy an AR15 at Walmart (in the US). You can have the same rifle here (and even one made in China if you like) .. tell me again how much that this is full of ignorance and fail? LOL.

This thread is a fail. hahaahaha

Why u gotta fail my thread mang? :(

@waynetheman - sorry man. not your thread. The diversion that its taken.

Its VERY COOL that you can buy an AR15 at Walmart in the States. At one point they were as common in Canada .. but our reactive gun laws have made it a problem to own and acquire certain types of politically incorrect firearms. It sucks.

Youre point is a valid one - they are as common as the other crap that Walmart sells in states while we are legislated to death on the type of firearms we can own and use .. Ruger mini 14s are still unrestricted as far as I can tell ;)
